Chef Daly offers a small plates menu and also our dining room menu for a variety of ways to enjoy our bar - HUGO's food has been described as:

Brian Mulroy, our bar manager, has pulled together some awesome bourbons, scotchs and beers, as well as an expert talent in mixing your favorite cocktail and martini! He also mixes his own recipes for muddled cocktails which change with the seasons.

And, of course, HUGO prides itself on its extensive, unique and distinctive wine selection.
