Using only the freshest local ingredients, Hugo combines some French, current trends, and Chef Daly’s own interpretation of low country cuisine. This combination has given him tremendous freedom that is grounded in the tradition that is Charleston. Each dish has its own unique blend of ingredients beautifully presented.
