Hugo has a unique wine selection under the direction of our General Manager, Kevin Isaacson. Kevin has compiled a list with a high concentration in ‘food friendly’ wines. There is also a Captain’s List for those seeking an extraordinary experience in high-end wines.

Special Liquors

Hugo’s full service bar is under the direction of Brian J. Mulroy . Brian welcomes you to “Brown Town”. The bar strongly emphasizes whiskey, with an excellent (and expanding) selection of fine bourbons, scotches and Irish Whiskies.

Brian also offers the “Muddling Menu”. These cocktails offer a seasonal approach using fresh ingredients and simple syrup combined with your favorite liquors for a unique taste sensation!
